As we prepare to launch into the market and explore new frontiers in healthcare, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts. Join us and play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our ground-breaking SPOT solution.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Exploration and Strategy:

- Conduct in-depth market analysis within the physiotherapy domain, identifying trends, competitors, and opportunities for both the pre-launch and long-term phases.

- Develop and execute agile business development strategies to establish a robust market presence.

Lead Generation and Early Adoption:

- Identify and qualify prospective clients within healthcare institutions, rehabilitation centers, and potential distribution channels.

- Develop a robust pipeline of leads through targeted outreach, networking, and collaboration with industry stakeholders.

- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, presenting the benefits and features of our SPOT solutions.

Strategic Partnerships:

- Forge partnerships with healthcare institutions and distribution channels, driving joint ventures and initiatives for sustained growth.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

User Feedback and Improvement:

- Collect user feedback for continuous product improvement, working closely with the product development team.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies and enhance user experience.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Utilize data analytics to identify optimization opportunities.

Roadmap Expansion:

- Contribute to the product roadmap, identifying opportunities for expansion and introducing complementary products and services.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 4 to 8 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a focus on healthcare products or services.

- Demonstrated success in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.

- Strong understanding of technologies and their applications in healthcare.

Preferred Skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

- Results-oriented mind-set with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Entrepreneurial mind-set with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Experience in navigating the challenges of pre-launch stages, including market entry strategies and building brand awareness

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.

Travel Requirements:
