JOB DESCRIPTION: Development Architect

Location: Mumbai

CORE FUNCTION/ ROLE: Candidate will be leading our HRIS Product Team as a Development Architect, overseeing Product Architecture (design, security, scalability, performance) & Code Lifecycle (code versioning & release management)

SKILL SET/ REQUIREMENT (Mandatory):

Proficient and hands on with advance expertise in Python or Java programming

Experience in architecting SAAS product Platform from a code framework and module perspective

Experience in building B2B SAAS product

Expertise in full stack N tier enterprise product

Atleast 6+ years of relevant experience

Product lifecycle management (code versioning, code branching and release cycle)

Additional Skills (Preferable):

Knowledge on AWS, with strong experience in high availability, scalability, security, single sign on, security, multi - tenancy, application response time

Graduation from premier B schools - IIT/ NIT.
