We are a leading pesticide manufacturer in India with 500+ employees with our strong footprints in B2B and now we're in to launching of our B2C division across all the states and borders with a vision to disrupt the market through our great quality and patented product range.

Requirement:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing person to take the charge of all marketing initiatives, including offline marketing, social media, digital campaigns, advertising, and creative projects.

You will be responsible for creating strategic plans to establish and enhance our brand presence, allocating resources to different projects, and setting both short-term and long-term goals for the department. Person will also be responsible to look after the brand awareness, demand generation, and connect with the end user at regional level.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Craft strategies for marketing, including advertising, communications, demand generation and creative for existing products and new product launches.

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass performance marketing, email marketing, and brand marketing.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness

- Manage a variety of social media channels, websites, and other digital marketing platforms

- Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all campaigns are cost-effective and within budget

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that marketing campaigns align with overall business objectives

- Develop and manage relationships with vendors and agencies, including advertising agencies, public relations firms, and freelancers

- Collaborate with the content and graphics team member for creation of engaging, on-brand content, showcasing a passion for creating compelling materials while ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).

- Stay updated with AI trends and advancements, adapting strategies for AI implementation, and always seeking innovative solutions.

- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance.

- Create and deliver presentations to senior management to report on marketing campaign performance and recommend strategies for improvement.

Required Profile:

- Must have handled- Brand management, campaign planning & execution (ATL, BTL and DIGITAL), new product development, Alliances, Agency handling, etc.

- Strong data driven marketing skills, with demonstrated ability to deep dive into customer data and translate findings into actionable customer insights and powerful marketing programs.

- Highly effective written skills honed to develop thoughtful, strategic and detailed documents that can persuade senior leaders of the effectiveness of the teams proposed creative executions.

- Effective problem-solver and strategic thinker; demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop fact-based recommendations to persuade senior leaders and stakeholders.
