B2B Sales Head


Role & responsibilities:


Sales & Business Development:

1. Lead complete sales business cycle including lead generation, commercial discussion, negotiation , order execution and delivery.

2. Build, maintain and establish strategic relationships with key buyers and decision makers at new and or existing clients to protect and grow the business.

3.Resolve any concerns around quality complaints in partnership with quality assurance team. Good experience in formulating and closing business deals along contracts /agreements.

4.Lead the discussions for new customer acquisition and long term manufacturing contracts.

Marketing:

1. Develop and promote apt communication strategies for various segments.

2. Evaluate and undertaking research on clients with focus on industry trends, competition analysis and future market potential.

3. Devise and execute product planning and marketing strategies.

4. Create and drive product sales promotion efforts focused towards long term business expansion.

5. Plan participation and representation in relevant forums including conferences, seminars and exhibitions.

Strategic Management and Planning:

1. Prepare sales planning and sales budgets on quarterly and yearly basis.

2. Prepare monthly rolling production plan and forecasting in collaboration with production team.

3. Work closely with core operations team for identifying, shortlisting and finalizing the products to be manufactured.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Experience in Industrial/B2B sales with Chemical or Specialty chemical or


2.Pharmaceuticals or Pesticide or Fertilizer or Crop protection or Industrial chemicals industry.


3. Strong strategic and key account management skills with corporate clients.

4. Keep tab of client requirements and changing business/market scenario and tailor-pitch the product portfolio accordingly.

5. Identify opportunities through collection of feedback on market conditions, competition, p ricing and other factors influencing on ground sales thorough understanding of organization's vision, objective and is aligned with the growth plan.

6. Good experience in formulating and closing business deals along contracts /agreements.
