- Engage with investors, leveraging Rohan Builders' network and reputation.

- Create compelling investment proposals tailored to the real estate sector.

Investment Analysis and Capital Deployment:

- Conduct detailed market research specific to residential real estate in India.

- Evaluate potential real estate projects, considering factors unique to the Indian market.

- Collaborate with Rohan Builders' experts to assess project feasibility and risks.

Portfolio Management and Asset Management:

- Manage the AIF's real estate portfolio, optimizing for performance and value creation.

- Work closely with Rohan Builders' asset management team for on-ground insights and strategies.

- Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with investment goals and timelines.
