Manager/Sr. Manager - Client Services

Role :

- We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager for the Innovation & Growth team at RocSearch.

- The role holder will be responsible for leading the telemarketing team, drafting, and submitting proposals and bids, and creating collaterals and prospect lists for campaigns.

- The other members of the Innovation & Growth team will be responsible for lead generation, content development, knowledge management, and telemarketing.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Lead the telemarketing team, provide guidance on email / phone / LinkedIn outreach, and track the team's performance

- Draft proposals using the catalog end-to-end, work on bid submission

- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing support

- Contact prospective or existing customers to discuss how services can meet their needs

- Create monthly and quarterly reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement

- Create customized collaterals and prospect lists for campaigns

Candidate profile :

- MBA from leading Indian B-Schools (preferably IIMs or other tiers 1 institutes)

- 8-12 years of experience in Research or Advisory roles with 4 years in managing teams, leading projects, and handling clients

- Strong communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of the customers

- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously

- Strong business acumen - should be able to correlate market drivers, and challenges with impact on client or target companies should be able to evaluate business risks, etc.

- Strong people management skills

- Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Strong analytical thinking skills, problem-solving skills

- Strong innovative, creative thinking skills
