Our requirement :

- We are looking for a highly passionate and self-driven candidate with experience across multiple facets of financial research to lead delivery of work within our financial research vertical.

Candidate profile :

- Commerce Graduate/MBA (Finance)/CA with a CFA level 2/3 qualification

- 6 - 10 years of experience in Quantitative (Equity, Investment, Credit, Fixed Income) Research with at least 4 years in managing teams, leading projects and handling clients

- Strong quantitative aptitude and ability to draw inferences from a set of numbers/financials

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously

- Strong business acumen- should be able to correlate market drivers, challenges with impact on client or target companies, should be able to evaluate business risks etc.

- Strong attention to detail; ability to identify improvement opportunities and ensure successful implementation of suggestions

- Strong people management skills

- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in MS-Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Role and Responsibilities :

- Manage and deliver high quality financial research services to global clients. This includes understanding project specifications, overseeing deliverable preparation and extensive client engagement.

- Contribute to firm-level responsibilities such as knowledge management, training, recruitment and selection, internal process development, expanding business capabilities and leading other organisation improvement initiatives

- Work with senior internal stakeholders to generate ideas for new business development. Provide hands-on execution support in running BD campaigns, creating marketing collaterals and attending client meetings

- Professional development, coaching and evaluation of the direct reports
