Roles & Responsibilities:

To oversee the holistic direction of the business. Responsible for feature addition, functionality enhancement, and user experience improvement on the desktop and mobile properties.

Lead the development of Company's blogger network, a platform for influencer to monetize their content Create wireframes for website using Mockplus, a wire framing tool

To Co-ordinate with the engineering team, merchandising team, content team, and customer care team to train them on new product enhancements and how to communicate to several stakeholders.

To co-ordinate with external affiliates (Digital marketing agency, SEO agency, and other marketing affiliates) to inform and train them on new business and product initiatives.

To prepare training material for several stakeholders for all new product enhancements.

To prepare business performance reports using Google Analytics, income statement, and sales report to assess the current health of the company and define future strategies.

To analyze detailed marketing analytics reports of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google and Roposo to assess our marketing campaigns and devise future strategies.

To prepare the product uploads sheet to analyze the inventory uploaded on weekly basis and check if it matches our business criteria and users requirements.

To prepare paid digital marketing plan for every month after a thorough analysis of business reports, marketing reports, new merchandise addition, market trends, and competitive intelligence reports.

To create fruitful business associations with new marketing and distribution affiliates to find exciting business driving promotional opportunities.
