Designation: VP- Finance

The ideal candidate will help determine financial strategy and policy, arranging the appropriate funding and managing financial risks in the organization. He will be an official point of contact for all financial matters:

- Preparation of financial statements like Balance sheet, ROI, profit and loss, cash flow statements etc.

- Liase with the Reserve Bank of India, and be responsible for all NBFC compliances

- Prepare financial year end schedules, including debtors and creditors, and ensure all accounting requirements, up to and including trial balance, are complete.

- Arrange debt funding, and liase with banks and other NBFCs

- Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting (VAT, Service Tax, PT, TDS etc).

- Liaise with and assist external auditor in respect of annual financial statements and related matters.

Desired Qualifications :

- BS/B.Com in Accounting or Finance, CA highly desirable

- 5+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in an NBFC or a bank.

- Strong in Excel.

- Strong verbal and written communications skills.

- Detail oriented and organized; Strong planning and prioritization abilities.

- Fluent English.

Salary: Upto 22 Lakhs per annum
