PayTM Ecommerce Account Management Executive

Job Description:

Receivables Management -

Liaising with PayTM team and reconciling ECommerce accounts including:

- Receipts from PayTM with bank statements

- Goods shipped with orders fulfilled

- Return orders with goods received back

Operations Management -

- Orders negotiation with Paytm/Vendor team and building good relationship.

- Order Planning, Funds Planning with Manager and In-stock management.

- Analysis of daily stock and DOH.

- Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.

- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management and to Audit team.

Profitability - Monitor and perform profitability analysis and identify the cost saving opportunities. Provide inputs to management by highlighting opportunities along with probable options to save costs and improve profitability.

Estimating & monitoring profitability of the business month-on-month basis, including :

- Margin on sales to customer

- Losses on return goods

- Pilferage of goods

- Losses due to price drop

- Reimbursements from PayTM

Qualifications :

- BCom/MBA or Chartered Accountant

- 2 plus years of experience

- Candidates preferred from tier 1 and tier 2 colleges.

Salary: INR 6 Lakhs to 9 Lakhs per annum
