Job Description:

- Financial Planning - Preparation and development of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in consultation with business vertical heads and finalize plan in consultation with Top Management.

- Analysis & Reporting - Perform analysis on monthly basis in comparison with AOP, report the analysis of KPIs and variance reports, sensitize business vertical heads and help them in taking appropriate decisions

- MIS - Preparation and presentation of vertical-wise MIS and provide comparison to AOP and business plan. Update management to understand the performance of each vertical and highlight the backlogs, variances if any in comparison to business plan and AOP.

- Financial Reporting - Review and maintain books in ERP as per GAAP requirements, including monthly, quarter and annual close of books. Preparation of Annual Financial Statements as per GAAP requirement.

- Profitability - Monitor and perform profitability analysis and identify the cost saving opportunities. Provide inputs to management by highlighting opportunities along with probable options to save costs and improve profitability.

- Statutory Compliances - Perform review of Compliance calendar at the beginning of every month for Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes, Secreterial, PF, ESI and other statutory matters. Co-ordinate with respective consultants and ensure meeting statutory compliances ahead of due date.

- Audit Management - Lead audits (both Internal, Statutory & Audits) include planning of audit schedules and timelines with auditors, perform analytical reviews, finalization of Financial Statements and reporting as per GAAP.

- Setting up periodic meetings, discuss and resolve audit queries and ensure completion of Internal and Statutory audits based on agreed timelines.

Skills:

- Strong in Excel.

- Strong verbal and written communications skills.

- Detail oriented and organized; Strong planning and prioritization abilities.

Candidates from tier - 1, tier-2 colleges preferred.

Salary offered: 8 - 10 LPA
