The product range portfolio compromises of 5 categories which are : - Blood Glucose Monitoring (BGM) systems - Lancing systems - Information management systems/Diabetes management support solutions The Position : Role Summary : As Head- Compliance the prospective candidate will primarily act as Local Compliance Officer and will also be responsible to manage Regulatory Affairs and Product Quality & Safety functions for Diabetes Care Division business in India & neighboring markets. Specific Responsibilities : Local Compliance Officer : As Local Compliance Officer the candidate will be responsible for : - Devise, implement and monitor the Compliance Road map for Diabetes Care business - Ensure the implementation of the Company's Group Code of Conduct and related Group Policies and Guidelines - Identify, devise and implement Compliance training programs - Act as primary point of contact between the Company's Group Audit & Risk Advisory team and the Diabetes Care Business management.
