Job Description:

Roles & responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing client/on-site team interaction and understand business requirements

- Set and manage client expectations for project output and timelines on an ongoing basis

- Lead a 4-5 member team in designing & executing analysis, interpreting results and generating key insights

- Create / maintain overall project documentation including issue trackers / delivery trackers / resource utilization

- Responsible for appraising and developing team members

- Contribute to company initiatives in presales and other business development activities

- Work across time zones

Primary skills (Expected Skills):

- Possess strong analytical/logical thinking skills and clarity of thought

- Possess strong listening, verbal and written communication skills

- Manage tasks and/or people with tight deadlines

Secondary skills:

- Project management experience is a plus

- Ability to extract and analyze data from multiple sources using analytical tools

- Proficiency in data analysis using statistical and mathematical tools and techniques

Educational qualifications:

- Bachelors in Engineering/MBA / Statistics / Economics with 4+ years experience from premier institutes.
