Manager - IT (SAP_B1)
Responsible for resolving/handling end-user tickets for SAP Business One and CRM.
SAP B1:
- Identification, logging and resolution
- Performing the Gap Analysis of the existing business processes and documentation.
- Install and configure business applications.
- Report generation for Senior Management as per the business requirements
- Streamline existing processes in the system
- Identify current blocks and hindrances in the system and resolve the same for smooth functioning.
- Manage Business Partner Master data settings, BP Roles, No ranges, Groupings, and Views according to business requirements
- Improve and streamline sales process including- sales order, Opportunities, Quotation,
- Coordinate with technical team members to reach the technical requirements.
- Prepare documentation and training/user manuals for business processes
- Good knowledge of Administration, Master data, Sales opportunities, Sales A/R, Inventory, Purchase
A/P, Financials, Banking, Profit centre, MRP, Service and Human Resource of SAP B1 Modules.
- Knowledge in Print Layout Designer, Crystal Reports Dashboards, SQL queries
- Testing of various business scenarios (UAT)
- Provides end - user training and support on BI Launchpad
CRM-Maintenance & Support:
- Strong proficiency with SQL and its variation among popular databases.
- Knowledge & Experience with some of the modern relational databases with best practices.
- Skilled at optimizing large complicated SQL statements.
- Capable of configuring popular database engines and orchestrating clusters as necessary and troubleshooting.
- Ability to plan resource requirements from high level specifications
- Familiar with tools that can aid with profiling server resource usage and optimizing it.
- Maintains Crystal Reports Server and our standard report library
- Provides expert level user support in the research and resolution of complex data issues. Generate Quest reports
Skill Required:
- Excellent Knowledge of SAP Business One version 9.2 and above
- 5+ Full Cycle SAP Implementation and Go live.
- Strong Knowledge in SQL 2014,2016 and above version. Strong in SSRS, SSIS & SSAS
- Strong knowledge of various business processes like supply chain, finance, PL, Balance sheet, inventory etc.
- Strong understanding of Data Migration tools
- Good communication skills- Written and Verbal
- Ability to work independently, as well as with cross-functional teams, including remote team members.
- Experience with Quest Analytics.
Qualification: BTech, BE /MBA-IT, having 5to 8 Years of similar experience in Process oriented organization, Well versed with SAP B1, Oracle or any CRM.
