Product Manager

As Product Manager, you will work with a focused team that engages with every aspect of the Roadzen's platform from a global perspective. This role will make sure the product is evolving consistently across multiple platforms and deliver the best user experience to our customers all over the world.

You will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short and long term products/projects which will have a beginning, an end and specified deliverables. You are a talented product manager with deep experience with consumer and mobile products. Your passion for consumer products is so strong that there is rarely an app that you haven- t tried and analyzed. You are classically trained in product, but you are constantly learning from the best products globally. You have a honed intuition that leads to simple and beautiful solutions, but you have the analytical horsepower to support your intuition with data.

You are an entrepreneurial self-starter that is seeking a bigger canvas to create delightful user experiences.

Responsibilities:-

Drive the product effort and determine product changes that need to be made for diverse client needs.

Building a modular and configurable framework for our mobile apps, web clients.

Communicate the needs and product concepts to stakeholders, engineers, designers, and other product team members.-

Be incredibly truth-seeking - collect all data necessary to inform product direction, whether in the form of business intelligence, customer behavior, or other business metrics.-

Envision and implement a product roadmap for this critical component and own key product areas.-

Monitoring industry trends to inform product strategy.

Must Haves:-

5+ years in Product Management. Experience working in international product environment is a plus.

Ability to go beyond the veneer of the UI to address the product, the platform, the implementation details and the dataset.

Experience vetting product-ideas through various testing methods (e.g. A/B testing and usability testing) and feedback.

Ability to convey your ideas through detailed Specs and/or Wireframes.

Experience working in a fast paced environment, with competing resources and priorities, through planning, development, and launch.

Strategic orientation coupled with an entrepreneurial attitude along with the ability to contribute to product design, execution, and all things go-to-market.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
