Objective of Role : To manage network division of a fast-growing logistics startup

Job location : Thane

Role & Responsibilities :

- Take responsibility of a Network node towards fulfilment and service delivery.

- Cross-functional coordination with operations, sales and on-boarding teams across geographies.

- Managing key vendor relationships.

- Real-time operational decision making with a hands-on approach.

- Extensive coordination with operational units remotely and by field visits for network optimization.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Candidate should be a team player with strong follow-up discipline to ensure cross-functional team performance

- Min 2-4 years of professional experience in operations and good exposure to sales.

- Exposure in the transportation industry

- Excellent communication skills

- Should be process-oriented.

- Strong on the ground presence.

- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office

Compensation : 5-7 Lacs
