About the company: RMX is an industry leading 30-year-old family-owned company headquartered in Punjab, that is in the business of manufacturing rubber hoses and metal auto-retractable hose reels. We are the largest manufacturing exporter of general purpose hoses and reels from India, selling in over 22 countries from Americas region, APAC region and multiple countries in the EMEA region. We are set to be a $100 Million company by 2026. The company has been growing multifolds and expanding its footprint across various countries. The team has been growing too with well professionals coming from diverse backgrounds (Strategy Consulting, Operations, Marketing, Sales) and top institutions (like IIM, XLRI).

Job Location - Jalandhar, Punjab

Budget - 14 LPA

Brief Summary: The Generalist Consultant will work with various stakeholders and provide them with strategic solutions to help overcome the business challenges. We require a person who will analyze complex problems, conduct research, develop recommendations and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities -

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to company operations, market trends, and industry benchmarks. Use statistical tools and techniques to uncover insights and support decision-making processes.

- Develop customized strategies and solutions to address the challenges and achieve desired outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in the processes. Design and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and data analysis to gather information and identify areas of improvement.

- Support with internal consulting projects from start to finish. Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate project teams, allocate resources, and ensure successful project execution. Monitor progress, manage risks, and make adjustments as necessary.

- Drive the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies, tools, and processes. Identify opportunities to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and deliver greater value to the stakeholders. Share lessons learned and best practices with colleagues.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, management, finance, economics, engineering).

- Proven experience in management consulting or a similar role, working with clients to solve complex business problems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and logically.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
