RMS India is a growing organization of more than 450 engineering, data analytics and global services employees. In India, we presently operate from Two locations in Delhi/NCR region. As a result of growth RMS is looking to hire an experienced HR Business Partner to be part of wider Human Resources team reporting to Senior Director – Human Resources (India HR Head).

Position Summary:

- In this role you will provide business partnership to all business functional leaders based in India (Noida & Delhi offices). You will cater to strategic & Operational People requirements for client organisations.

- As a HR Business Partner, You will coordinate and collaborate with all functional groups and provide key information to them for reporting and trending purposes. You will also play a key role in partnering and influencing key stakeholders on policies that will have a direct impact within India organisations. As a partner with business clients you will lead, implement and drive initiatives in support of the business and in order to increase organizational effectiveness, and contribute to making company a great place to work in India. You will build effective business relationships and partnerships with this leadership team to assist in the implementation of strategic and tactical plans in support of the company’s overall business direction and in alignment with its culture and values.

Responsibilities:

Provide consulting expertise to client groups on people issues including, but not limited to:

- Consult with business leaders regarding organization/people strategy and execution, providing thought leadership and proactive solutions.

- Partner with Managers in India to provide one on one support and coaching in performance management, employee relations issues (coordinating with legal), best practice consultations and processes. Work closely with Talent Selection, L&D and C&B to ensure seamless service delivery for employee groups in client organisations.

- Partner with other HR areas to initiate, develop and deliver HR solutions, meeting client needs and creating excellence in RMS people practices and outstanding business results.

- Create people management excellence in client groups using communication, coaching and organization design/development expertise.

- Lead client group through core HR processes/programs (performance management, compensation planning, employee surveys, and workforce planning).

- Resolve employee relations issues effectively; analyze and address root cause.

- Measure business impact of people practices and solutions implemented.

- Participate & lead global HR projects.

- Provide insightful analytics and recommend actions to clients to guide decision-making.

- Ensure the effective monitoring of organizational performance including development and maintenance of dashboard for India.

- Participates in the design, validation, and implementation of web and other tools in support of compensation programs.

- Execution of the annual Compensation Review and Bonus Review , consistent with company objectives, practices and systems

- Audits compensation related transactions.

Requirements:

- Relevant work experience of 6-9 years post MBA

- Substantial experience within a HR function of a fast growing or fast paced technology-oriented multinational company.

- Extensive knowledge of People management practices, legislation and employment terms in India

- Knowledge of compensation and benefit strategies and practices

- Demonstrated ability to articulate and implement Employee Development strategies and action plan/roadmaps to product measurable results in increasing the capacity of individuals and the organization

- Must demonstrate behaviours aligned with company values; genuine, exceptional, innovative and involved

- Organizational design, consultation and change management

- Ability to think strategically and be proactive to anticipate and provide alternatives and options to the business

- Ability to develop productive and effective relationships across all levels and with diverse talent groups.

- Ability to diagnose and successfully handle complex performance management, employee relations and organizational developments elements.

- Ability to conduct group facilitation, coach and counsel at all levels
