Position Title : Relationship Manager

Business Group : Wholesale Banking Group

Purpose of the Job : The prime responsibility is to maintain CEO/CFO relationships with large Corporates to originate business.

Locations :

- KOLKATA, DELHI,MUMBAI,HYDERABAD & CHENNAI.

EXPERIENCE:12 YEARS TO 18 YEARS.

- Relationship Management- key clients include leading companies across sectors like oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, IT, agriculture and power.

- Origination - Structure and present new credit proposals to Risk Management team for approval.

- Cross-sell treasury, cash management and trade finance products for incremental business development.

- Selectively focus on new client acquisition & development of new lending relationships.

- Work closely with Credit Operations with regards to loan documents and regulatory requirements.

- Ongoing monitoring of financial condition and performance of borrowers

- Credit Analysis and Credit appraisal of corporate clients.

- Handling all corporate banking products

- Covenant compliance

- Collateral monitoring
