Position : Relationship Manager

Department : Wholesale Banking - FIG (Insurance Vertical)

Location : Mumbai

Synopsis:

- Relationship Manager for the Insurance vertical within the Financial Institutions Group (FIG).

- Responsible to originate business for cash management services from private and public sector insurance sector(both life and general insurance) pan India.

Key Challenges:

- To move existing cash management business of insurance companies from existing leading banks.

- Ability to capture new business from insurance companies emerging from their new initiatives.

Relationships:

- Must have relationships with insurance companies (LIC-particularly its Head Office, other private life and general insurance companies and PSU general insurance companies) in terms of those departments which deal with banks for their cash management services.

Job Requirements:

Experience/ Qualification/Job knowledge/ Background :

- Overall work experience in banking and financial services of at least 8-12 years of which hands-on experience of at least 5 years as a business development RM for the Insurance vertical within FIG from target peer banks.

- Reasonable familiarity with product related operations and technology issues for cash management services will help.

- Background knowledge of financial sector at large with sound understanding of the insurance sector in particular.
