Position: RM-Corporate Finance

Location: Mumbai

Exp: 6-10 Years

Job Purpose :

To support to the Relationship Manager in managing a portfolio of Infra and Liaise with Risk/Legal/Operations on Proposals, documentation & ensure smooth delivery & execution of transactions and monitor and handle exceptions.

Principal Accountabilities :

- Provide support to the Relationship Manager in managing a portfolio of Infra clients

- Evaluating credit/risk profile of companies and structure suitable financial solutions for them.

- Monitoring the performance of the account/client (financial performance etc.) on a regular basis.

- Assist the Relationship Management Group in research and analysis on industries/clients/markets

- Preparation of credit approval/renewal memorandum, generate risk analysis reports on the client portfolio.

- Liaise with Risk/Legal/Operations on Proposals, documentation & ensure smooth delivery & execution of transactions and monitor and handle exceptions.

- Undertake responsibility on championing the developments and understanding on select Industry/ Sector(s).
