Relationship Manager-Corporate Cards

We have an opportunity with a leading MNC Bank for Relationship Manager-Corporate Cards role:

Responsibilities:

- Run the acquisition & existing client relationship management for corporate cards across Tamilnadu & Kerala

- Work closely with various parts of the Bank to generate leads for corporate cards.

- Responsible for lead closure – from product pitch to final documentation and code creation

- Liaise with Sales department for application fulfillment

- Complete familiarity with the product construct and key product benefits

- Understanding of the competitive environment for corporate cards.

- Fully responsible for relationship management. This will entail account servicing (operational requirements) and account management to improve corporate card penetration.

- Liaise with partner VISA for implementing spend management tools viz visa bill pay, VISM,etc

- Map corporate for other spend products once launched for complete on boarding of potential T&E spends and air travel/business payments

- Role involves very high interaction with both external cos seniors viz CDM’s, CFO’s Financial controllers, admin head for frequent RFP’s, pre sale, sale and post sale integration + service issues and Internal – Sales, Operations, Policy, Product, Credit policy, compliance,etc.

Candidate Specifications:

- MBA from Tier-2 b-school with 4-6 years of experience in corporate sales or MBA from a Tier-3 b-school with 7-9 years of experience in corporate sales.Preferably banking/ financial services.

- Strong communication skills

- Relationship management ability – corporate sales

- Knowledge of financial metrics – ability to leverage this knowledge to build value and client focused solutions

- Ability to understand sales cycles and the various steps associated with the same

- Ability to network with various business verticals of the bank and work effectively across functions

- Entrepreneurial skills – strong drive to build and manage new business
