Associate Central Geography Relationship Manager

Company - One of the leading banks located in Mumbai.

Reporting Authority: Assistant Vice President

Job Summary: Facilitating NRI and Remittances business from overseas locations

Major Duties:

1. Managing NRI account sales through offshore representative offices and branches of Axis Bank

2. Support NRI business through Alliance partner banks

3. Conducting campaigns in coordination with Marketing team

4. Enable cross selling of NRI accounts to retail forex and remittance customers

5. MIS for channel business and offshore NRI RMs

6. MIS and reimbursement payments for Alliance Banks

7. Overall channel support for business through overseas representative offices

Key Result Areas:

1. Active coordination with alliance banks and timely payment of reimbursements

2. Timely execution of campaigns in coordination with Marketing team

3. Monitor targeted cross sell of NRI accounts to retail forex and remittance customers

Working Conditions: Central Office job

Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience in NRI Services through alternate channels

Academic Qualification/Certifications:

- Post graduate from Tier I or Tier II institutes.

- MBA will be an added advantage.

Skills/ Competencies:

- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with people from various departments to get the job done in an effective manner.

Looking for a person who has exposure to below mentioned points

- Middle east Market w.r.t NRI

- GCC & Non GCC region

- To gauge the Business Potential in the above area/how the business can be tapped there/New initiatives for the same/Customization of existing products/Campaigning for above products etc.
