Qualification : Graduation / Post Graduation

Experience : 5 - 10 Years with Corporate Interior Fit outs Contracting Industry

Reporting : ED Project Planning & Management.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Job Description :

- Determination of project requirements for start-up, progression, and close-out.

- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.

- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedule, work hours, budgets and expenditures.

- Daily monitoring of project status and a proactive handling of schedules and timelines in all assigned tasks.

- Tracking the project progress and generating the reports with help of Microsoft project (MSP).

- Analyzing the gap between planned v/s actual schedule and highlight the areas which require attention for action of the project team.

- Assisting management in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP's (request for proposal) and preliminary schedules.

- Understanding project requirement by referring BOQ (bill of quantity) and listing variation and no-tender items on prior basis to get approval from the architects and clients.

- Long lead and trade material procurement and tracking.

- Ensure high quality in all material used and services provided.

- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meeting.

- Facilitating communication, co-ordination, and information flow with the client and within the project team including sub-contractors.

- Providing documents turnover at completion of Project: project closeout Documentations, including as-built drawings, manuals, warranties, building permits, etc.

- Performed other duties as requested and required.

Prerequisites : Good communication Skills, Expert with Excel, numbers

Industry : Preference to candidates from Interior Contracting /PMC /Architecture background.
