We are a Bangalore-based top-tier stealth-mode eCommerce enabling technology & solutions company powering several brands and leading eCommerce companies in India. Our product is a Cloud-based SaaS Inventory, Warehouse Management & Omni-Channel Solution. We have deep relationships with leading eCommerce companies in India and have processed over Rs 1500 crore of GMV. We are building out our product and technology platform and other services anticipating HUGE demand over next 6-12 months.

We are incubated, run and mentored by people from Facebook, Stanford, MIT, NASA, Columbia University, IIM, NIT, etc.

Job Description :

- Serve as Product Leader of a Cloud-based SaaS product in eCommerce Inventory, Warehouse Management & Omni-Channel solutions. Given the huge demand we are facing over next 12 months in doubling growth, we need a rockstar Senior Product Manager to lead and drive the Product function.

Product & Business strategy :

- Understand needs of our marketplace partners and sellers, keep track of market trends, competitive analysis and threats. Help drive product vision and deliver business results.

Product Roadmap and Requirements :

- Define roadmap and execution of product lifecycle processes from concept to launch. Own PRD and prioritization of product development initiatives to ensure ROI.

Product Roll-out :

- Develop go-to-market plans for new features. Manage cross-functional processes to deliver and launch new features and versions. Partner closely with Sales to drive adoption and ensure processes for on boarding.

Requirements :

- 3-6 years experience in Product Management

- 2-3 years in eCommerce of which at least 1-2 years in Seller/ Merchant side platform and products

- Should have led teams. Ability to take ownership. Self starter.

- Able to work in a unstructured, high growth, demanding startup environment.

- BTech - Computer Science (only IIT, NIT, top US universities)

- MBA / MS (from top universities) - preferred but not mandatory

- Position based in Bangalore
