Role: Finance Controller.

It carries out the distribution business for sellers on a leading e-commerce platform for categories like mobile phones, electronics, lifestyle products & gift cards etc. The company's business is head quartered at Bangalore and its trading activities are carried out of 17 states of India.

Designation: Finance Controller, reporting to Group CFO with a dotted line reporting to Founder, RK Group.

Education: CA or Equivalent degree (ideally from a leading institute in India or abroad).

Experience & Expectations: 7 - 10 years of experience in leading the function in E-Commerce.

- The candidate should be articulate, a problem solver, have domain knowledge, technical strength and capabilities to lead.

- Should be deeply familiar with compliances, tax filings, handling bankers, auditors, assessments.

- Working knowledge of GST is a must.

Location: Bangalore (Gandhinagar).

Responsibilities:.

- Manage the business on a leading e-commerce platform.

- Timely audits without qualification, proper documentation and clean IA report.

- Treasury management.

- Timely and accurate submission of MIS with crisp analysis, matters requiring attention.

- Timely and accurate submission for all government notices (IT & GST), queries, assessments and maintaining a risk log.

- Managing teamhiring, training, development.

- Back up planning and job rotation after introducing SOP's.
