Job Title: SAP Project Manager (SD,FICO,PS)

Duties & Responsibilities :

Your Role and Responsibilities :

- SAP Practice is seeking top talent with experience in managing SAP Project Manager FICO/SD/PS) projects. The SAP Project Manager would possess the knowledge of the following topics and apply them to bring in value and innovation to client engagements:

- Should have experience in Agile project management practice.

- Should have very good overview of SAP. Not necessarily hands on but should be able to organise team and resolve critical situation or complex requirements.

- Excellent financial management skills: Cost management, receivables, profitability analysis and reporting.

- Familiar with tools and technology necessary to manage projects (Ticketing tool, monitoring tools, Demand/Capacity management tools, Monitoring tools and automation, SAP OSS, Project tracking etc.)

- Experience in 3rd party vendor management and liaison.

- Should be capable of handling small/medium size team.

- Should have worked in dynamic environment with mix of IBM and non-IBM teams.

- Should be able to influence decision-making and able to drive project delivery.

- Capable of driving initiatives for base account growth, GP/productivity improvement through ticket analytics, automation, lean etc.

Minimum Qualification : Graduate

Preferred age group : 35 yrs to 40 yrs

Location : Ready to work in any location in India & abroad

Essential Requirement:

- SAP Experience - 8 to 15 yrs (in Project Managment)

- Domain experience - 3 to 5 yrs

- E2E Implementation projects - At least 8 E2E implementation projects handled independently

- GST Implementation projects - At least 3 GST implementation projects handled independently

- HANA migration projects - At least 2 migration projects handled independently

- Team handling experience - Played Team Lead role/handled team size of minimum 3-5 persons

Desirable Requirement:

- Degree - Post Graduate/MBA

- Certifications - SAP certification

- Industry experience - Real estate/ Construction / Infrastructure industry

Desirable Requirement:

- Certifications - SAP certification

- Domain experience - 2 to 4 yrs

- Industry experience - Real estate/ Construction / Infrastructure industry

- GST Implementation project(s) - 1

- HANA Migration project(s) - 1

- Roll-out project(s) - NA

- Onsite Support project(s) - NA

- Offshore Support project(s) - NA

Technical Competencies:

- Experience of E2E onsite implementation project.

- Ability to define organization structure suiting business reporting and control requirements.

- Ability to do process mapping, Gap analysis - RICEF identification, KDS finalization.

- Ability to handle configurations, provide functional specifications for RICEF, testing and deliver designed processes.

- Ability to plan and handle data migration.

- Ability to provide training and provide post go live support.
