Position: RIIPL\Manager-Finance\FP&A Department: Finance

Reports To: Finance Director Location: Pune

Qualification:

- Commerce Graduate along with CA/ ICWA with 6-8 years of experience in SAP environment

Experience:

- 4-8 Years.

Principle Responsibility:

- Quarterly std cost run for all locations and all products.

- Creation of std cost run for all products at specified locations.

- Updating STO transfer price annually.

- Updating Machine hour rate, Labour hour rate, Freight rates, Custom duty rates, SCM overhead rates.

- Closure of CWIP on monthly basis.

- Monthly calculation and accounting of Inventory fifo, Adjustments and stock verifications.

- Annual Budget preparation and Global template after co-ordination with all state holders.

- Fixed Asset Management

- Creation of asset codes for newly added assets.

- Monthly depreciation runs.

- Monthly CAPEX recon. file for Israel

- Monthly lease accounting under IFRS-16 and as per Ind AS-116 for every financial year ended.

- Manually verifying computation for new asset codes for 2 assets during every audit

- MIS and Statutory reporting

- Monthly Closing and preparation of management reports along with Variance analysis

- Monthly region wise sales and Sales MIS deck along with gross margin analysis.

- Monthly accounting TOD and Warranty provision

- Preparation of Financials under IFRS and Ind AS for Calendar year and Financial year respectively with

- Schedules forming part of financial statements and Notes to the accounts respectively."

- Coordination with Statutory Auditors

- TOD and Warranty provision

- SAP support and implementing development.

- Implementing new developments in SAP as per Indian laws and maintaining on a sustainable basis

- Resolving queries related to logistics and Sales department.

- Contributing to the workflow of logistics and Sales department

- Updating special price, special discount, STO transfer price, Export price, TCS /GST conditions, Freight related conditions.

- Creation of new warehouses in SAP with the help of IT team

- Pricing and margin analysis

- Analysis of increase/decrease in in standard cost

- Margin analysis on revised DP and old DP against standard cost and revised selling price

- Updating new selling price in SAP, Weekly update of DP for PVC prices

- Updating subsidy prices whenever revised

OTHER DUTIES:

- Manage numerous, challenging tasks/projects; must be able to multitask in an organized fashion.

- Develop effective relationships with customer base and local growers.

- Maintain extraordinary level of customer service.

- Maintains a contact sheet of current and potential customers.
