About the Role :

You will be responsible for all levels of talent acquisition, recruiting, and recruitment programs, procedures, and plans. Serve as consultant and partner staying current on business and market trends, assisting on both the strategic and tactical level. To be great in this role the you must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs. You should thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up your sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.

What You'll Be Responsible for :

As a Talent Scout; you'll be responsible for : 

- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements.

- Manage job postings in recruiting system and job boards

- Effectively manage relationships with agencies

- Plan and execute campus recruiting activities

- Assist business with internal transfers

- Responsible for planning and coordinating of events, assessment and interviews for hiring candidates

- Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of position

- Conduct pre - screening interviews

- Serves as liaison with candidates and communicate logistics associated with assessment and interviews

- Sharing and explaining offer package to shortlisted applicants

- Collate documents of shortlisted candidates and share them with on boarding team

- Maintain pertinent applicant and interview data and generate reports

- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation

- Perform other special projects as assigned

What We Need :

Education :

- Graduation + Post Graduation (MBA)

Years of Experience :

- 2 - 6 Years

Professional Attributes :

- Prior Tech Hiring Experience would be preferred

- Experience in Front end Developer Hiring, Back End Developer Hiring, Android Developer SDE I/II/III Hiring & Product based Organization

Personal Attributes :

- Persistent with a high sense of ownership

- Should be able to understand business needs and requirements and design solutions for them

- Should have strong interpersonal and influencing skills

- Should demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment

- Strong verbal and written communication
