The candidate would be involved in driving initiatives that will effect in reduction of operating cost for Prime and achieving the overall profitability for Prime business unit with dedicated initiatives and efforts. He will also be responsible for the overall process excellence for the operations unit and drive teams across the network in ideating and executing the overall operations strategy. The candidate would be required to work closely with all the other functions and the leadership team to ensure complete ownership in driving the operations on the ground. Some of the key result areas include : - Ideate and execute initiatives for reduced cost structure and bring in efficiencies in the system - Set up reporting dashboards and establish review mechanism for performance monitoring - Constantly monitor operational metrics and take initiatives to track performance outliers - Coordinate with the technology team for effective and timely roll out of initiatives - Ensuring that all vehicles follow the standard SOP while on the routes and required documents are fully adhered to - Create SOPs for all operation processes and ensure adherence - Define metrics and create mechanisms to monitor the lifestyle of truck drivers(Pilots) and ensure that initiative are in line with the effort to improve pilot lifestyle - Analyze data closely to understand trends and opportunities to drive best utilization and better industry standards
