Job description:

About the Role :

- Your role as Product Analyst would be to identify right platform to put analytics in place and analyze created data to provide actionable insights to take product to the next level. Your market research and high degree of data empathy in all product lines (full truck, Express - part truck load, cold chain, marketplace and new business lines as they get added) with the help of product and technology team will advocate culture of data-driven product development approach.

- You will collaborate with product, business and engineering team to define clear data pipeline and intelligent reporting dashboard. The role offers both range and depth of product analyst, as well as an opportunity to learn new skills and grow fast in your career. What makes the role more challenging is that you would develop skills in product thinking and solving complex logistic problems through your valuable insights. This role would be aligned with product and reporting will be in line with product team.

What You'll Do :

- Work with the product managers and engineering team to implement, validate and monitor analytics and business metrics

- Exploring data to find actionable insights and make product recommendation

- Research to understand latest market trends and user segmentation and provide competitive intelligence

- Analytical thinking to understand and analyze complex machine learning and artificial intelligence driven products

- Conduct analysis, generate hypothesis, find solutions, and present to different stake holders

What You'll Be Responsible For :

- Exploring and analyzing data to find actionable insights

What We Need :

Education - B.E/B.Tech from Tier-1 colleges

Years of experience - 2 - 6 Years

Professional Attributes:

- Strong analytical skill with fluency in SQL and Excel

- Basic knowledge of Oops, R, Python and different technology stacks

- Deep understanding of data analysis and statistical analysis

- Passion to get into the data and be on top of the latest technology trends

- Exploring data to find actionable insights and make product recommendation through cohort analysis, regression models and long-term trends

- Crafting simple and dependable data pipelines and automate reports and provide report dashboard

- Synthesizing and communicating insights during product development process

- Own the product adoption process and suggest process improvement plan

- Work towards creating data-informed culture

- Ability to visualize and communicate ideas to stake holders
