About the Role:
The role holder will be responsible for
- Design, plan and implement physical and digital marketing campaigns and projects
- Marketing of products through online and offline modes
- Managing all marketing assets like website, LinkedIn page, twitter handle, Facebook page etc.
- Creating copy and collaterals for marketing materials/literature both physical and digital such as brochures and posters as well as executing online marketing campaigns
- Using Digital Marketing strategies for marketing a product. This includes online adverts, viral YouTube videos, LinkedIn posts, twitter handle etc-
- Monitoring the performance of campaigns and other marketing efforts, evaluating them and taking proper measures to improve the performance
- Conducting consumer research and insights
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Build strategic relationships and partners with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.

Education & Experience:
- MBA with 4-8 years experience
Experience in any of the below areas will be a big plus -
- Brand manager or category manager
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Brand and marketing strategies
