About the Role :


The Organization and Business Engine (OBE), a core team at Rivigo, comprises of passionate culture ambassadors who are building an immensely strong organization for the future. OBE drives all our people initiatives, be it talent acquisition, culture building, L&D, or scalability, towards creating lasting business impact through lean, smart and driven teams.

We believe that organization and business building go hand-in-hand. An OBE Partner works very closely with one of the Business verticals. It is not a people or support function, but a key role which asks for direct impact creating initiatives, driving insights through analytics and executing them, joining hands with business in driving the cost low, and ensuring 100% business continuity.

An OBE Partner partners with the key stakeholders from the Function and leverages OBE for Business Deliverables.

What will you do?

- Be the voice and single point of contact of the function

- Partner with the business and transcend the business goals to OB Deliverables

- Be an independent advisor to Business Head in all OBE related matters

- Build and execute OBE charter for the function which is aligned with the business goals

- Ideation to implementation of new initiatives through data intuition and discussions.

- Control Cost through Manpower Budgeting, lower attrition, and enhancing employee productivity.

- Own organization chart as well as work on succession planning

- Own & drive performance review process

- Ensure adherence to statutory compliances

- Resolve employee escalations within TAT and within the policy framework

- Ensure proper onboarding of the new joiners and draw a clear picture of their KRAs & KPIs

Background

- Any Graduate + MBA in HR Tier I/II

- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in various business function roles, such as Operations, Sales, Technology, and HR.
