About the Role Your role as Finance Controller will require you to be responsible for business partnering, P&L management, AP &amp; AR processes, financial accounting, reporting &amp; compliance. In addition, you will partner deeply in product &amp; process innovation to rapidly scale-up business. Bringing in relevant technology and analytics at an aggressive pace will be a key determinant of success. You will be working closely with Operations heads of FTL and PTL businesses of Rivigo, other senior management members, CFO and CEO to help drive the growth and sustainable profitability of Rivigo businesses.This role will report to the CFO. What You'll Do - Partner with Sales, operations and customer experience teams to provide end-to-end Finance support for Rivigo customers, to maximize CLV (Customer Lifetime Value) while managing risks for Rivigo. - Drive the Contract Management and collections: drive improvement in contracts compliance, Design and institutionalize MIS reporting and governance, timely identification and resolution of disputes. - Set up SOPs and processes to ensure first time right billing and provisioning; annual budgeting for cost compliance and governance; drive cost reductions through efficiency led initiatives and policy led changes. - Cross functional alignment of Sales / Operations and Finance teams to ensure structural solutions (including technology led automation, simplification) for ensuring timely and continuous flow of data to drive the most efficient working capital cycle across the spectrum of un-billed, on-account and disputes /deductions. - End-to-end accountability of payments, financial accounting and related controls &amp; tax/statutory compliance for revenue and cost. - Develop a comprehensive revenue assurance framework. Ensuring that there are no revenue leakages. - Implement and maintain cost control system and procedures to track budgets,expenditures and forecasts . Work collaboratively with BU Heads to analyze and optimize costs, and maximize profitability. - Projects and Process Improvement: Bring in continuous process improvements in invoicing, collection and cash management by driving a rich portfolio of projects. Implement &amp; lead processes for any new service or change in any offering due to internal or external factors. - Provide SME (subject matter expert) inputs to business and product teams in product design. Responsible for budgeting, financial analysis/data insights, publication of review docket covering key KPIs for the business and drive reviews as required. - Responsible to infuse tech to make Finance processes scale-able, minimize errors and make seamless direct connects with in-house tech. - Be a trusted advisor to the business in creation of forward-looking plans for the business. Validate financial impact of key decisions by providing the right data points and insights. What We Need Education &amp; Experience - CA with 12-14 years of experience in a similar role - Team Management experience Professional Attributes - Comfort with ambiguity, ability to prioritize, articulate and influence. - A team player with strong leadership and project management capabilities - Strong stakeholder management skills - An excellent sense of finance, planning and accounting principles - Demonstrate an aptitude for efficiency, problem solving, and resourcefulness, with a deep commitment to the bottom line without compromising on quality - Strong technology orientation.
