About the Role :

Your role as Enterprise Business Manager(EBM) would be to profitably grow RIVIGO in all lines of business (Prime- full truck business, Zoom - part truck business, Green: cold chain, Freight: marketplace and new business lines as they get added) in national/ strategic accounts. You will create incisive Go-To-Market strategy to penetrate and grow market share in your strategic accounts. What makes the role more challenging is that you would develop skills in pricing, product GTM along with collections. This role would have a team of 2-3 Account Business managers and would report directly to the Zonal Business Head.

What will you do ?

As an EBM you would need to understand Rivigo's products, services and our ability to completely transform our client's supply chain. You would interact with Key stakeholders and build effective relationship with our Clients

- You would be hunting new accounts and growing existing accounts where you would be required to offer all the Rivigo products to clients

- You would be required to co-ordinate internally with multiple cross functional teams to ensure overall customer satisfaction of our clients with Rivigo

- Being closest to clients and market, you are expected to conceptualize, design and lead the development of products

- You would need to do competition mapping in your market to generate new business opportunities with existing and new clients

- You would renegotiate the rates and terms & conditions of existing clients mapped to you.

What You will Be Responsible For :

- Achieving the Revenue targets profitably along with collections.

What We Need :

Education:

- Graduation + Post Graduation (MBA)

Years Of Experience :

- 8 - 13 Years of experience

Professional Attributes:

- Prior B2B Experience would be preferred

- Experience in concept/solution selling / consultative sales

- CXO/ Senior Management Level engagement

- Prior team handling experience.

Personal Attributes :

- Persistent with a high sense of ownership

- Should be able to understand client needs and requirements and design solutions for them

- Should have strong interpersonal and influencing skills

- Should demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment - Proven ability to manage business - by the numbers
