Job Description:-

Experience :.

1. Any Graduate with 2-4 years of HealthCare Experience

2. Green Belt /Black Belt certification mandatory

Responsibilities:

1. Identification of Risk, evaluating controls measures in each process and highlighting control gaps

2. Conducting periodic assessment and evaluation of the documented controls as per the testing calendar

3. Check on errors and claims in the Health Care projects

4. Compliance with Health Care and Insurance Policies and local regulations

5. Facilitate internal audits by Regulatory Bodies

6. Provide assistance to other units in raising awareness to Risk & Compliance

7. Recommend new and innovative measures in terms of processes, productivity and system enhancements to improve quality and turnaround time

8. To produce statistics and exception reports

9. Drive/Mentor LEAN Six Sigma initiatives

10. Conduct trainings to facilitate dispersion of quality knowledge

Required Skill Sets:

1. Very good understanding of Insurance Policies and Claim processing

2. Understanding of Heath Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), CISP (Certified Information Security Professional )

3. Knowledge of Risk management policies and processes

4. Concern for Quality

5. Problem Solving Skills / Decisive

6. Demonstrating Initiative

7. Teamwork

8. Strong in Data Analysis, Interpretation and Statistical Frameworks

9. Strong Client interaction, worked on Lean Six Sigma projects with quantified savings
