Risk Policy Manager - Unsecured Products

Job Responsibilities:

- Formulate policies on new age data with the help of alternate data points and build the risk framework (end to end)

- Create Digital Policies and journeys for various unsecured products (end to end)

- Automation of key risk and business reports.

- Daily/Monthly portfolio monitoring of unsecured portfolio (cards / loans) on key metrics like sourcing trends, early warning signals, delinquency, bounce, utilization, scenario testing etc.

- Framing of policy & process for unsecured products.

- Closely working with Credit, Collections & Product stakeholders and represent the policy team on any amendment or policy actions to be taken

- Create monitoring framework on cases booked and taking necessary risk actions

- Closely working with product and collection team on delinquent and high utilized cases to act on feedbacks to take corrections on policy.

- Monitoring non-starters cases & early delinquency parameters like FEMI, FPD, etc. to create insights in terms of key learnings and required policy actions

- Conducting auditing and reviews of various policies, processes and products from risk management perspective

- Generating regular report with findings, insights and recommend actions to seniors on regular basis

- Should be able to handle teams.

- Present summary to Governance Forum with quality inputs on portfolio
