Risk & Policy Manager - SME - NBFC

- Responsible for end-to-end risk management function for SME Loans (Business Loans & LAP)

- Develop/review product risk policy framework, processes and programs.

- Devising risk strategy for business, competition tracking and building stronger proposition for the company

- Delinquency analysis and corrective measures on risk product.

- Identify key risks and mitigating factors of potential asset types.

- Document and ensure communication of key risks, monitor and manage KYC/financial documents, vetting through vendor.

- Recommend ways to control and reduce risk on stipulated processes and policies.

- Produce business-related information and reports or presentations that outline findings, explain risk positions, and recommend changes periodically.
