Job Description :

Responsible for implementing and maintaining an effective ERM system to manage the risks of the Companies including but not limited to the integration of risk concepts into strategic planning and risk identification and mitigation activities.

- Create and integrated risk framework for the entire Organization

- Assess risk throughout the Organization

- Quantify risk limits

- Develop plans to mitigate risks

- Educating business segment on risk parameters

- Create risk owner/SPOCS

- Advice on directing investment in project based on risk

- Advice functional managers on risk mitigation activities

- Monitor the progress of risk mitigation activities

- Create and disseminate risk measurement and reports

- Communicate to key stake holders regarding the risk profile of the business

- Fulfill group risk reporting requirements

- Second level control review (Second Line of Defence) for the Compliance risk Controls implemented for the business with respect to multiple regulatory guidelines.

- Ensuring the effective implementation, performance and discrepancy management of the first level controls and to ensure the business line to comply with all applicable regulatory guidelines.

- Reporting of Operational Risk and Loss incidents to the concern unit for prompt actions.

- Discussing with the Unit managers for RCAs, actions plans/suggestions on internal and external observations and monitoring for timely closure.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Graduate/Post Graduate with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Risk Management.

- Hands on experience of business risk and control frameworks.

- Exceptional communication,inter-personal and analytical skill and international stakeholder management.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills and prior experience of working with executive level of employees.

- Strong exposure of the General Insurance industry vertical.
