Risk Officer - Bank

- Creating and executing a risk governance framework for the Branch that includes the bank's risk culture, risk appetite, risk limits, and policies, as well as proper processes and procedures to ensure the Branch's risk detection, mitigation, and monitoring capabilities.

- Overseeing the Firm's risk identification and documentation arrangements and processes.

- Identifying and implementing relevant techniques and metrics for measuring inherent risk that allow the Firm to express its risk appetite and tolerance for the various risks it is willing to take.

- Identifying and executing appropriate risk mitigation solutions, such as risk transfer agreements like professional indemnity insurance, as a means of mitigating and controlling the applicable risk.
