Skill sets needed:

- Must be good in SAS, SQL, MS Office (Excel and Power point) with good communication. Candidate should be comfortable with working on huge sets of data.

- Sets high-performance standards. Builds the environment to do things better and faster, leading from the front. Ability to work long hours in a high-pressure environment. Have an eye for detail, should have the ability to look at numbers, spot trends and identify gaps.

- Strategic thinker :

- Ability to visualize end state/design & structure output to ensure that top management requirements are met.

- Designing and executing fulfillments flows for scheduled and ad hoc flows and keep a track of all the activities related to the same.

- Design and implement Manual fulfillment flows were ever needed apart from standard fulfillment flows Excellent in handling customer queries and taking relevant actions

- Supporting Retail Clients Business for the fulfillment of all Campaign pertaining to ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Fix target audience), ensuring all the fulfillments are rolled out with 100% accuracy rate.

- Support retail client's team with manual fulfillment (charges) as and when required, ensuring accuracy level, best practice and quality checks are maintained for successful provisioning.

Query handling : Investigate and validate customer queries and take necessary action as suggested by the business team.
