Risk Manager - SME - Bank

Key Responsibilities :

1] Manage risk for SME business across identifie geography. SME is defined as Corporates with sales turnover below Rs 250 crores.

2] Managing portfolio successfully without any loss and delinquencies. Ensure that there are no surprises in portfolio

3] Imparting training to analysts team on industry studies, policies, regulatory changes

4] Review/updating of policies for revisions, modifications etc

5] Undertaking industry studies and submission of papers on industry studies to risk seniors

6] Meeting with key principals of customers to gain insight into industry updates and outlooks.

7] Ensure preparedness for Audit at all times

Ideal candidate would have worked in the SME Risk space with a Bank that has an established SME business for atleast 5 years
