Risk Manager - Shared Services

Title: Risk Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

- You will be the dedicated Risk Manager for Shared Services departments in the organization. Here, you will work closely with Senior Leaders to ensure that risks are proactively identified and mitigated.

- The strategic project drives a massive organizational transformation and hence continuously evaluating and mitigating risks becomes an important factor contributing to the success of the project. You will play a pivotal role working for the project team and simultaneously aligning with all the SDUs (Service Delivery Units)

Other responsibilities include

- Creating a risk management, compliance and internal control system for the program

- Identify site specific Risks, put them forward to the management and support implementation of corrective or preventive measures

- Monitor the adherence levels of the program towards several rules & compliances (e.g. by auditing)

- Drive the creation, development and implementation of risk management, compliance, internal control system and information security within organization for the program

- Conduct training and testing of published business continuity tests. Monitoring the effectiveness of these tests in accordance of the changing business needs/ crisis circumstances

- Next to this, it is important to be able to improve, innovate and change to get and keep Compliance on the - leadership agenda-

Background & Experience:

The ideal candidate:

- Has 10-15 years of experience in risk management and internal control

- Worked in this capacity in large, organization wide transformation programs

- Risk Management and Internal Control Expertise enhanced with professional training / certification

- In depth knowledge of corporate guidelines on the three facets of this role like internal control, risk management (including business continuity planning) and compliance

- Experience in internal audit and reporting is a plus

- Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics

- Is solution orientated, eager to get things done

- Digitally savvy, able to navigate easily in a virtual world

- Technically advanced in applications such as Powerpoint, Excel, Teams etc

- Can de-complex ambiguous situations

- Is a team player and not afraid to challenge the status quo

- Wants to work within a very energizing Project team

- Has excellent stakeholder management skills, can navigate matrix structures and foster collaborative working
