Risk Manager - Micro Enterprise Loans - BFS

- Responsible for end-to-end risk management function for Micro Enterprise Loans

- Develop product risk policy framework for unsecured and secured retail lending for Micro and Small customer segment

- Strategic initiatives of cross-sell opportunities, drive optimum utilization of data source.

- Gather risk-related data from internal or external resources, align with organizational performance and practice

- Developing product program and devising risk strategy for business, competition tracking and building stronger proposition for the company

- NPA analysis and corrective measures on risk product

- Identify key risks and mitigating factors of potential asset types and values, legal and ownership structures, professional reputations, customer bases, or industry segments.

- Document and ensure communication of key risks, monitor and manage KYC/financial documents, vetting through vendor

- Recommend ways to control and reduce risk on stipulated processes and policies, advise others on business/operational matters

- Produce business-related information and reports or presentations that outline findings, explain risk positions, and recommend changes periodically

- Coordination with designated managers of the partner and taking adequate risk policy measures to provide required enablers
