Risk Manager - FinTech - Bangalore location

Salary- 25 LPA to 30 LPA

Persona :

- Graduate from top tier college - IIT/BITS/top 3 NITs. MBA in IIMs preferred. Strong academics(>8 CGPA)

- Overall 3+ yrs of work experience with at least 1-2yrs in any retail/corporate lending portfolio management / risk underwriting in renowned banks or renowned fintechs

- Strong analytical bent of mind with strong problem solving skills

Define the Role :

- Develop a deep understanding of credit risk, asset risk fraud risk and operational risk for the firm

- Model various scenarios based on internal and external data

- Ability to communicate the complex financial terminology to leadership

- Coordinate with cross functional teams of finance, biz fin etc. to drive through initiatives

- High ownership of initiatives

- Develop a deep understanding of the business specific risks

- Program manage a team of analysts to deliver timely output

- Entrepreneurial in spirit in identifying problem statements and solutioning them

- Exhibit subject matter expertise in risk related subject
