Required Skills: Basel-2 implementation, banking operations, credit risk Analytics, retail score card, derivative pricing, VAR methodologies, asset liability management, fund transfer pricing

Job Purpose

The job entails process consulting and developing risk and regulatory solutions to the financial services clients and aiding business development.

Key Job Responsibilities

- Reviewing the regulatory compliances with regards to capital adequacy for banks designing basel-2 framework.

- Leading engagements when required as per level

- Providing process and regulatory consulting for financial service roles.

- Conducting research and providing value added information to assist the team in making proposals.

- Ensuring documentation standards are maintained as per the expected norms

- Adhering to internal risk and control procedures

Additional Information

The incumbent should be skilled in:

- Client facing.

- Written and verbal business communication.

- Handling unstructured work environment.

- Apply knowledge and stretch beyond banking and deliver solutions in financial services.

- Latest regulatory guidelines and emerging risk practices.

Note:

- Should have done Risk Management in Financial Org

- Should have implemented Basel II in Technology.
