Bridge Talent is a recruitment firm. We are currently recruiting a Risk Manager, for our Client, a leading multinational Bank. This role is based in New Delhi Responsibilities : 1. To handle the whole Risk of the branch including Market, Credit and Operations Risk.Preparation and submission of all regulatory returns related to the Risk Profile; 2. Continuous risk assessment by monitoring of health of existing portfolio while ensuring adherence to prudential limits as per credit terms. To monitor any potential breaches of limits by keeping tabs on the current and potential exposures of clients 3. To coordinate with others including HO for assessment and strategizing for credit risk control on country level; Coordination with others and HO on all issues related to regulatory compliance and implementation of new requirements; 3.To conduct ALCO meetings on periodic basis; Implementation and monitoring of framework defined for concentration risk and SBL/GBL guidelines; 4. Preparation of Market Risk Reportings as per periodicity pertaining to liquidity and interest rate risk; 5. To Design the entire ALM structure in the Bank for the monitoring of liquidity and Interest Rate Risk 6. Timely reporting of daily Structural Liquidity (STL), Dynamic Liquidity (DL), LCR, NSFR, Fund Flow statement, fortnightly LR statements, monthly IRS statement, and other management reports including monitoring of NII impact and EVE impact To Prepare the FTP, ALM, &amp; Market Risk Policy for the Bank; 7. To calculate the proposed Base Rate &amp; MCLR; Fixation of interest rate on term deposits of the Bank. To calculate RWA for Pillar I (Market Risk/Credit Risk/Operational Risk) 8. To analyze the capital requirement for the Bank. To analyze the additional capital requirement for risks covered under Pillar II To prepare ICAAP (Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process) documentation; 9. Daily evaluation of MTM/ MD / PV01 of the treasury portfolio and monitoring of the various treasury limits, i.e. dealer-wise/product-wise/stop loss limits/daily loss limits, etc. To provide the critical information Dashboard to top management; To perform stress testing with respect to Pillar I &amp; Pillar II risks; 10. To implement Risk Based Supervision (RBS) in the Bank. To liaison with RBI / Statutory Auditors / other departments; 11. To prepare various policies including policy on Counter-Party Credit Risk and Country Risk Management. To monitor counter-party &amp; country risk exposure; To design the KRIs and RCSA framework for the Bank under Operational Risk. To help Bank to improve the CBS system, including creation of GL To prepare MIS dashboard for the Top Management; 12. To conduct Stress testing for liquidity risk as per RBI guidelines; Ideal candidate will have 8 years plus experience in Risk ( Operations, Credit &amp; Market Risk ) in a Bank. This role is based in Delhi &amp; we will prefer candidates based in Delhi/NCR only.
