Responsibilities:
As the SOP and Risk Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and risk management processes.
You will be responsible for reviewing, updating, and preparing SOPs for each function, as well as conducting risk assessments and maintaining risk registers.
Additionally, you will be involved in creating and maintaining the Risk Control Matrix (RCMs) to ensure proper controls are in place and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in SOP development, risk management, and internal controls within a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of COSO framework, ICFR, and best practices in risk management.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
