Risk Management-SMS Team

- Ensure smooth functioning and proper monitoring of team of 40 users to ensure prompt support of Business and operating Units

- Monitor rostering and team activities like timely and correct execution of requests, running of BOT, role reviews, process improvements etc.

- Ensure proper controls are in place for system access, provision /withdrawal is done timely.

- Designing framework for monthly MIS and QC for SMS activities

- Creating and maintaining adequate backup arrangements within the team

- Timely escalation handling

- Root cause analysis of all escalations

- Timely escalation to respective BSG teams of all system issues

- Train the team on automation done and review of failure reports of APIs

- Prepare manual for Bank users and SMS users

- Ensuring standardization of User systems access across bank

- Maintaining 'Good' Audit rating. Learnings from single audit to be implemented across the Bank
