Role & Responsibilities:

MANAGERIAL

- Designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the currency desk

- Performing a risk assessment: Analyzing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the client portfolio

- Creating business continuity plans to limit risks

- Conducting policy and compliance audits, which will include liaising with internal and external auditors

- Building risk awareness with the business team by providing support and giving appropriate training

- Working with different teams to streamline the processes in making the trading desk more efficient

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Monitor trading and hedging portfolio of clients

- Monitoring position limit of clients and terminal limits of dealers

- Assisting Business and Algo team with development of Currency algos by providing them logic

- Managing pay-in and pay-out of collateral across equity, MF & FD for clients

- Assisting DMA/IBT/NOW client who wants to start trading

- Coordinate with in-house team for development of projects for FX & rates
